Just like playing video games and trying to get to the next level, we are learning about inquiry and trying to take our learning to the next level. We are working together to learn about the different phases of inquiry.
Over the next two months we will be working on the different phases of inquiry to investigate either an Atlantic (Grade 6) or a Pacific (Grade 7)bordering country. Along the way we will be posting answers to questions in the comment section and providing descriptive feedback to our peerss

ReplyDeletei found alot of interesting stuff like some history and big blod letters and most of them were colorful, sub-hedings and titles, a glossery and index and a table of contents. some of the books were short and some were long.

ReplyDeleteReflect on my research so far: Cuba has alot of differrent nationalities, different food, differrent skin colors, and I would like to learn some of their languages they speak there.
What have I learned about:
Canada: That inuit is a first nations group.
Cuba: That they speak Chinese and other languages other than Spanish.
i am learing about Japan, i would like to know how big there city is and how high there population is?

country question: My country question is why is Jamaica so much hotter then canada, and why does Jamaica have no snow and we do? Rflect on Reflect on my research so far:Jamaica has alot of dofferent things then canada, like their sq feet is waay different then canada`s. They speak spanish and english. What i have learned about that i didn`t know: Canada: i didn`t know Canada had so many treaties back then, and alot of different cultures settled here. Jamaica: i didn`t know that their original language was English and their other language is hard to pronounce.
ReplyDeleteI'm learning about Ireland!I would like to know why Ireland has 2 parts(The republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland).In the lower areas of Ireland, get about 35 inches of rain a year, And the higher areas get up to 100 inches. Fact about Canada: Canada in the 2nd largest country 1st is Russia.
